Need software to stack high shutter jpegs sequence. More or less what I'm saying is that I have like a 20 photo burst that I wanna turn into a video/gif.
Is there software for this and what would you recommend?

yes, ffmpeg can do this quite easily

something like this:
ffmpeg -r 5 -f image2 -s 1920x1080 -i P%04d.JPG -vcodec libx264 -crf 25 -pix_fmt yuv420p test.mp4

Am watching now. I just figure there would be some kind of simpler all in one software tool where i could upload like 10 images and it would create a gif out of them.

Look up "import image sequence" in premiere pro or after effects.

I use photoshop for a lot of stuff and making gifs is just a small part of what it can do. However I wouldn’t recommend learning photoshop just to make gifs. Surely there’s an easier, more automated way? But yea - not that i care personality if there is. Photoshop gives me A LOT of freedom to make a gif do any damn thing i want it to, so i’ll stick to that

IIRC previously I have tried this on virtualdub, premiere elements and ffmpeg. If You go for GIF even antique paint shop pro might suffice.
