So you want a picture of your reflection without the camera/phone visible
Just have the camera on s tripod or have someone else take the pic of your reflection from an angle.
If you want a flat perspective you can fix that in editing software, Snapseed does it on mobile.
The best solution is a tilt shift lens to keep the perspective parralel with the reflective surface. But that's expensive
