>>3838667>The literal point wormji’s miss is that Sony’s are just as fun to shoot, so are Nikon’s, or Canon’sWith the obvious caveat that this is anecdotal evidence based just on my personal experience: No, Sonys are not nearly as fun to shoot with as Fujis.
I'm a huge camera nerd with a pretty decent amount of disposable income, so I've bought cameras from just about every major brand to play around with. You're right that they're all fun at first. But usually I get bored with them after a little while and go back to shooting with my standard Canon setup, since it's my most versatile and fleshed out system.
The only cameras besides my Canon that I find myself in a random mood to shoot with on a pretty regular basis are my Leica and my Fuji. Why? They're fun to shoot with.
> Their autistic seething won’t accept this since "lots fun to shoot” is a cope against any perceived negative whether real or imagined. This is some pretty hardcore projection.
What Fuji shooters are saying is, basically, "Yeah, these aren't the best cameras out there technically, but we really enjoy using them". That's not "autistic seething", that's just... happiness, I guess? Like, we don't feel the need to prove to you that our cameras are better like you seem to feel. If someone presses me to explain what I don't like about Sony (like
>>3834246 and a few others in this thread did), I'll explain, but I have never once popped into a Sony-focused thread just to tell everyone how much Sony sucks. Hell, if someone started a Sony General Thread to post actual pictures they'd taken with their Sony cameras, I'd probably join in and drop some of my Sony shots.
(And okay, yes, the Op on this post is a counterexample to that because he did post a useless anti-Sony pro-Fuji thread, but still the balance on which side of this stupid conflict bitches about other people's gear the most seems to be firmly on the Sony side of things)
