First of all... why are we anonymous here? I mean i’ve been doing it too for years, but... this isn’t /b where we’re all sick, twisted fucks lol. So yea, this is the nickname i’ve always gone by on the internet. Is there a good reason not to use my nickname here?
>>3834780Is this a brenizer? I tend to do them on vehicles 95% of the time but they really look best with people. Who cares if a car looks magical? I love my cars but ppl are ppl. But no srsly - i love cars though. It just somehow doesn’t seem to have the same magic about it as when you do one with a human subject. That said - i like this image
>>3835383Nice. Is that an older screw on lens?
>>3835509I like it. Maybe composition would have been better if she took a step to the right. Right side fees a little empty. It’s always nice to get bokeh balls in daytime :)
>>3835518Sometimes i do on purpose. Gives it a different feel
>>3836217Lol
>>3843213Oh i love this.
>>3843958I can imagine. But it’s a good life hehe. It’s frustrating but infinitely better than a desk job :)
>>3843974Is this some kind of sick joke? Hehe :p but seriously... at that aperture, focal length, and that focus distance... this photo doesn’t belong in this thread.
>>3844112Interdesting
>>3844916Wow. I’ve never seen snowflakes quite like this
>>3844942Glorious success
>>3845102It’s very hard for me to stop lenses down. I fond the occasional reason... but mostly i shoot wide open
>>3845294The dof isn’t much of an issue at a couple of meters away where you get a waist up shot like the ones i posted here. You get too close and the nose blurs out too much. Then it just looks too big. But even then it depends on the angle the subject approaches you from. But yea - at a slightly longer distance for a more conventional portrait, at 85mm f1.2 is incredible. And i rally should have fixed the fringing. This lens is notorious for it, but it doesn’t bother me honestly.
