Hello /p/. My problem is the following. Microscopes have a narrow depth of field. When my sample is more then a single cell line thick, even with my condesor iris as closed as possible, when on higher magnification i can't get a fully in focus image. I can however change what is in focus, by moving the objective closer/ further away.
Is it possible to layer multiple photos with different parts of the same image in focus together to create an in focus whole?
If so... how?
