I have been meaning to do some wildlife stuff, but i haven't get a good deal on a 200-500 yet.
I just shoot with with whatever I have at the time.
I usually shoot film for fun.

sold my D500 last year so I could move to Canon. Amazing camera, I'm missing it since then. Light weight, good ISO, great ergonomics.

Put yours on test, wildlife and sports, so you can understand what you really have in hands.

unfortunately I didn't put mine to work on sports, I guess I didn't have used all it's power as a camera.

Same story but I had a plastic D5300 before moving to Canon FF.
Don't get me wrong, I love the Canon but Nikon gets some things SO RIGHT. Shame about that mount.

Nikon colours right out of camera are amazing, when you don't have to edit and just deliver then, they truly came in hand. But the way I'm working now, Canon is the way to go, love the system and the lenses.

I still am, lol. Those ergonomics were just perfect.

I get satisfying colors from both, but Nikon was better at producing files for manipulating afterwards. Nearly noiseless 3EV pushes from 2000ISO like it's nothing.
I don't have that liberty with Canon, but at least I can use different glass I couldn't before. EF mount is just glorious. Magic Lantern is great too.

it's the same sensor but the d7500 is just paired down a bit with features, so you can literally compare the spec sheets and see what you're missing.
I love my d500 and I had the money / found a good deal on it but i never used the xqd slot and I don't shoot sports so I rarely use the full 10fps burst

D7200 is closer to the D500 except on the sensor. D7500 was crippled in comparison to not cannibalize D500 sales.

The worst part is the way they do it, it looks like shit. If they covered the brand with something less conspicuous and cut to shape it wouldn't look so bad.
But they use rectangular glossy tape with strings of cloth hanging out. It's disgusting.

What brand wouldn't be worth stealing? Without knowing exact models and pricing the brand means very little, if someone's got a mirrorless camera or DSLR there's a chance it's a flagship, regardless of brand
