Looking to get a video/hybrid dslr camera for video work (interviews, indoor shots, occasional gimbal work) budget around 5000€ for body and lenses.

Overheating and expensive lenses.
>Sony
Sony a7 sIII, FX3 and FX6 too expensive in europe. Own a sony a7III already, overheats even recording to the ninja. Menu system is ass, 8-bit color.
>Fujifilm
Crop sensor, no headphone jack.
>Panasonic
Great overall package, but shit autofocus compared to rest. F4 lenses.
>Nikon
Canons twin brother, expensive lenses and not good battery life.
>Blackmagic
no autofocus, BM 6K Pro maby?

Going to use the camera at the company I work at. Dont want to use my personal gear, so using my own existing lenses is a no go sadly.

Unfortunate. Your purchases should be 20% cheaper if the business is buying them though? I'm britbong so don't know what it's like in europe but here there's no VAT paid on business expenses

Canon: overheating is not really an issue with the latest firmware and is comparable to other passively cooled cameras. If you’re going to do long interview takes at 4k then you’ll need an atmos ninja with anything not actively cooled, period.

If you want FF and AF, get the R6. If you can live without FF, XT3 or 4. If you can live without AF, BM 6k.

Canon overheats, sure, if you're shooting 8K on the R5.

Also why are you counting crop as a downside? You don't want to give your video the cheap DSLR look from full frame, trust me. This entire thread is faggotry.

That's false. gh5, g9, gh5s mft Panasonics have no overheating and no time limits. s1h has active cooling and no issues, and sigma fp has also no issues at all on passive cooling body.

If you google this you'll find complaints about the G9 overheating, though admittedly the GH5 seems pretty resistant to overheating.

That's why I said 'anything not actively cooled.'

Suppose that's worth mentioning since it's FF. The aluminum body is basically designed to be one large heat sink (no IBIS) so yeah, it's resistant to over heating.
