Anons I've found for 40$ this phone like this completely new from a friend. It's a Lumia 1020 should I buy it? I saw on youtube it's still a good camera

It's the most fun phone camera if you care about that. It takes a second or two to process images since Nokia at the time decided to reuse a mid range CPU for this flagship for some reason but I still cherish what you can do with this. No stupid AI background bluring, no fake HDR, just a very capable phone camera.

don't do it. if you get it for $5 fine, not more. I had one, they have issues:
>orange and yellow and some greens are sometimes way out
>you can get a weird sort of rolling shutter bug/glitch inside images when motion is involved
>it is super slow
>it is not good in low light

just get a real camera. if your budget is $40, you can get a film slr and a 50mm lens with autofocus.

Bigger sensor =\= better image quality, specially for a 40 bucks camera.

I bought a Pen EPL-1 for 40usd a couple of years back and that camera sucks so bad, much rather have this Nokia than that camera.

I had this Kodak $5 point and shoot. There is some anon on here who had a Fuji P&S that took some pretty awesome pics. Pretty sure one of them was on a bus, but I could be mistaken. Go here and find something you like the look from and compare it to the Nokia phone honestly whatever gives you an image you like better buy.
