Here's explanation for dumb dumbs like you. Raw file gets graded as soon as you open it lightroom or capture one, or any other raw editor. For lightroom, and for many other editors you can not turn the grade off. This has nothing to do with Fuji, it's the same for all manufacturers. Log is something completely different. It's intended use is optimising dynamic range for shooting video in lossy formats, ie. everything that's not raw. When camera is capable of raw video, there are no benefits of shooting in log, save from smaller file sizes.
