if you're thinking of apsc at all, the best by far are the fuji xt30/3, or the xt4 if you want extra features like ibis, a much larger battery and 10 bit video
z5 again is apparently an amazing body but its has gimped video and the a7iii is only a lil more expensive while being a lot better
for me the value proposition of the fuij system is miles better than any full frame, you get a body+ (used) lens that gets you like 90% as good picture quality but at half the weight and a third of the cost
