It's still tilting and it's still shifting, but it's not "a tilt-shift lens" but rather "a camera with bellows that are capable of being tilted and shifted with any lens attached to it". So he wasn't *wrong* at all, I just suspect he didn't fully understand what was going on, and I apologize if I was wrong about that and he was 100% right)
