Not before several years of the operating concept's maturing. Not before quad pixel. Not before stellar performance even with exotic lenses and applications.

In several aspects that come with MILC, Sony and Fuji already address requirements and desires, where Nikon and Canon only piggyback on their DSLR experience to score some other bonus, but overall clearly show their inexperience with MILC.
I don't know of any camera that's without a taint of shite.

The ultimate camera for me would have limitless dynamic range, clean noise at very ISO and be able to stop down incredibly small without succumbing to diffraction. This is definitely not that.

More, too. It's a matter of perspective. Note that an advanced camera doesn't restrict to the use of features, but of course still has downsides, if you think of e.g. battery drain or electronic complexity...

Time and again it gets said but almost nobody ever can actually produce a meaningful example of a phone shooter "outshining" somebody with a dedicated camera.
