It is a Canon M5 with a 22mm lens. I got a great deal on them and apparently you can learn a lot with this cam. It does seem to have many buttons, but I hope to learn more soon.

I took it out today, and got one or two images I really liked. Using a real cam is miles better than trying to get somethin with my phone.

I will try and learn more, also about what other lenses to buy. Apparently there is a 32mm lens, which is like a 50mm lens (?) which is a normal lens (???). I will see if I can afford it next month or so, for now I want to learn to use what I have. I also use a bit lightroom, but I mostly just try to move the sliders until it looks nice. It´s a bit overwhelming desu

Experiment with stopping down a few stops, it's a bit more of a challenge compositionally, but it's great for learning.

If you get an EF-to-EFM adapter you can use any Canon EF lens. There are also a ton of adapters for vintage mounts.

I think it's discontinued now (buy used) but I love my EF-M 18-55 IS. Great IS and very good IQ throughout its zoom/aperture range. For an even wider view the EF-M 11-22 IS is legendary for its IQ.
