These bodycams are pretty good.
2k is enough resolution to be useful even with motion at 30fps
the audio generally sucks, but most have options for external mics, or you can disassemble it, locate the mic mount inside and carefully remove it, then drill some <2mm holes in the outer casing to allow some more sound into the mic.. i did this with mine (an A7 S60), works reasonably well now.
They record in a constant loop, so as long as you pull the desired video before it records the capacity of the tfcard, and loops (overwriting the oldest files first) then you have the video you need with no messing around ormaking it obvious you are recording... you just start it at the beginning of your outing, if shit happens before the battery dies you have it recorded. Or you can turn it on (hold the record button for more than 5 sec and it starts recording immediately) at the time shit happens, and its going.
The clip mechanism is pretty shit, but they are adequate unless someone grabs it or you have to get physical with running etc.
