I bought a Panasonic G80/G85 (second hand with a 12-60mm lens) and it's so much harder than the digital point and shoot I had. Trying to get better at videography and I'm just learning what aperture and ISO is. How long before I can make stuff like this?

That looks pretty basic, I guess you could shoot something like that fairy quickly. To be honest that style of jumpy editing is a little over done by now. Just look up how to shoot/edit b roll. Daniel schiffer comes to mind, he does nothing but those kind of videos

With focus, how much of my stuff should be autofocus and how much manual? Like some people swear on everything manual but if you're doing like a video of moving subjects and what not how can you constantly do the focus ring thing? It also moves the camera possibly when handheld. It takes practice or should walking with the camera panning over stuff or driving in a car always be auto focus?
