Typical when I'm just out wandering the world:
Usually Fuji X-T1 or Leica M9, but maybe some other random camera if I'm in the mood to shoot something else.

Typical loadout when I'm doing a photoshoot:
Canon 5D Mark III
50mm f/1.8 STM
Nikon 55mm f/1.2
85mm f/1.8 STM
17-40 f/4L

Typical loadout shooting a show:
5D Mark III
85mm f/1.8
17-40 f/4L
50/1.8STM

OR
50/1.8STM
24-70 f/2.8L
70-200 f/2.8L IS

The ones with my 5D, I'm carrying my camera bag, so also some spare memory cards, business cards, a lens cleaning cloth, and a few other little random thingies. Sometimes a spare battery, but usually I just rely on my habit of checking my battery before I leave the house, plus I keep an emergency 70D with fully charged battery in my car just in case.

My typical loadout was the 16-50/2.8 zoom with a 70-200/2.8 or a 300/4 on my APS-C body
Since I got my FF body I mostly just bring the smallest lens, 43/1.9 or take the 300/4+TC if I plan to do wildlife. But over 90% I just use the 43mm pancake.
I didn't believe it first but limiting myself to a normal lens really improved my vision and shots, I have to plan on composition, if not wide enough then finding the smaller composition in the big scene, if not long enough then putting context around the subject, also closer subjects are forcing DoF so I have to think on putting the focus in the context.

No, but a typical loadout includes more than one lens, but usualy not nieche lenses like ultrawides or bazoola lenses.
Rather something like a normal zoom, a telezoom and maybe a fast prime.

Yep; it's an old pre-AI lens that I use on an adapter. The optics are so old and shitty that they give me what I think is a really cool dreamy hazy soft-focus effect (combined with the shallow-as-fuck DoF you get at f/1.2 on full frame) that I really like for portraits and makes it worth the hassle of having to manually focus with the rear screen zoomed in and makes it worth the hassle to carry around two fiftyish millimeter lenses with me during shoots.

Not an every day lens, but I take a few shots with it most photoshoots and they often end up being some of my favorites.

I'll usually take one of these in addition to a 55-200mm zoom
Only take a flash if i'm going indoors

Lenses vary but most common setup when I walk around is:
Mamiya RZ67 with 110/2.8 (+65/f4)
Sony A7Riv with Tamron 28-75/2.8 (sometimes also Tamron 17-28).
Other lenses I have is more case by case.
Also Tripod, cable release, Sekonic lightmeter.
