Developing expired exposed slide film?

No.3900157 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Recently bought a film camera and there was an Elitechrome 200 inside. I contacted the seller and he said that it's from previous owner.

Any suggestions what I should do with that? I have no idea if it was exposed or not, seems like film might be exposed for about 1/3 of a 36 roll, but not sure if it was exposed in first place, and the only thing seller know is that was from previous owner.

So, in case if it was exposed, most likely expired for around 20 years, how I should develop it?

Or maybe take a risk and shot this roll for about +1 stop, but I really wonder if there's some pics there and don't want to end up with double exposure nonsense or even complete waste of it.
