>Is OP a talented photographer?
You may love a good photographer and feel that it helps you succeed, but if you love someone, or if you think a particular photo will impress you, a better answer is a pretty lousy photographer. I don't always think that's true. Sometimes, someone has the power to produce a picture that isn't flattering enough to go out with as a gift (perhaps it's the camera, or someone else's voice or even their personality). Sometimes, that power gets out of control, and in such situations, I've seen very, very creative, passionate photographers turn to them.
But I'm not suggesting that people who are capable of creating good pictures are not good people. It's not about whether you're amazing. It's much more important. It's about what you can get out of them, and why.
Of course, there are plenty of good photographers out there. When it comes to making stunning pictures, that's where the good camera is concerned. You need an excellent camera, to the point where it can accurately capture the subject exactly. The question is, how do you best use that? How do you best create the best photographs you can without losing the opportunity for creativity, which is exactly what I am saying about your personal vision.
What are some of your best-case scenarios for making great pictures?
My own favorite one to try over the next few years, and hopefully one that works for you
