just get a good phone. It'll 100% beat any comparatively priced "small camera" or camcoder, unless you wanna do some autistic shit with it like gigantic bokeh or print on the side of a building.
It's not like dedicated cameras are way cheaper than an iphone 12 pro max anyway, and even then, I'm talking about a super expensive phone.
