Ultimately, that's the sort of extreme use case. I've never seen noise like that on any shot lower than 1600, but you're also committing the cardinal sin of pixel peeping.
I've seen noisier shots from Canon EOS 1DX Mk IIIs in sports contexts where getting the shot is infinitely more important than getting a noise free shot. Only gearfags are obsessed with noise when pixel peeping.
That's not to say that something like a Nikon Z6II wouldn't be better in that sort of scenario, but if you're looking at a Pen-F, then you're looking at totally different kinds of photos making use of available daylight or flash units.
Plus... here's my next question- what's the point of looking into a compact MFT body like the E-PL8, when most of the Pen cameras are 12 or 16mp?
