I'm aware astrophotographers utilize Registax to significantly sharpen up their images.

Are there any tricks and/ or programs for this for a "regular" single image photo?

Seeking to read the text on this:

...so I can read it clearly with zero error. It's a total weirdo wall wart. I just want to know what I'm taking about when I go the electrician store with super accurate information on it.
