I didn't think it would bother me this much until I got it, but there are no exterior pockets. you can't just "reach" in and grab your headphones. Anything you put in there (headphones, wallet, keys, anything) you must open the whole portal of the bag to get it. It's also annoying opening the bag from the top while you are standing, the flap opens to block your face (I live in Japan, so standing, walking, commuting, trains, etc. are very common). Zippers aren't very smooth and gets caught on the curves. My bag also doesn't stand very well and easily tips over. It's not entirely bad, but I do wish I can still get a refund.
Also have a vanguard veo select. I like this bag a lot and I'm sure it spoiled me into not liking the PD as much. Only gripe is I got it in 49L and I would prefer it smaller.
