If you're looking for specific cameras to try to caputre the feel of the first 5 photos you tagged, I'd go with any of the Mavicas, but if you don't want to go through the pain of buying floppy disks/usb floppy drives etc., just look for cameras with CCD sensors from the 00s.
I can vouch for Minolta Dimage XT, Samsung Digimax 430, and Canon Powershot G5 (the old one), I've gotten some pretty cool shots with them throughout the years.
Another thing I'd look out for when buying a camera from the 00s is the storage type, since some cameras from this era can have more obscure storage types like Sony Memory Stick Pro and Compact Flash, you'd have to buy an adapter along with the camera.
