As a camera ages, the images get proportionally worse.
I have a Voigtlander from the 50s, and whenever I’ve tried to use it, not only has it taken an unusable image, it destroys an image taken with my modern cameras.

That came out all the way back in 2008, so absolutely not. Photography was still young and unsolved. There had never been a good digital photo taken back then. I still remember that time, every photo I had ever seen was blurry and unfocused and washed out.

The first good digital photo ever taken was taken in 2018 with the released of the Sony a7iii, referred to by experts and historians as the "first real camera".

blah blah blah fucking pseud retard I have a 50D which is even shittier and the AF works fine, because I take my time with shots instead of snapshitting people running at a zebra crossing or whatever (which can still be done manually with intuition like in the olden days of snapshitting)
