Is it just me or is polaroid a terrible format?
>Ridiculously expensive
>Photos have the quality of a super 8 even though they're large format
>If you don't immediately put the photo in darkness it develops weirdly
>Cameras are crap
>Can't focus
>Garbage exposure system results in over/underexposed shit 90% of the time
>Pinch rollers leave dirty marks on the film

I'd guess you'd be better off with fujifilm instant cameras, iirc their film is cheaper per shot, and Polariod was bough by the chinese, cruising on the brands history and recognition.

You're absolutely correct about the cameras themselves being utter trash though, holy shit it doesn't matter who is making it, if you're using a modern instant I bet the build quality is fucking abysmal, the lenses are plastic trash and it overall feels like a happy meal toy.

Having said that, I fucking adore my Lomo Square Glass, one of the few with glass lenses as the name implies.
