Unfortunately the seams on the shooulder straps started to come off already a few days after delivery
wrote to Shimoda immediately with pictures but still haven't heard back from them after weeks and I'm too busy during the week to call them
it's quite frustrating especially as I really like the backpack and it's perfect for my needs and uses
rest of the backpack has held up very well so far though
