Anyone that grants me temperatures below 10°C.

Winter/Spring, I have gotten my favorite picture at that time.
There is plenty of light and still enough snow to make pictures little bit more minimalist.

Low sun giving long shadows. It's not always great when it's sunny. Snow is great at acting as a diffuser, though.

Harsh light, long shadows, high contrast, very short windows of opportunity in good weather, bad weather is miserable for you and the camera. It's great for black and white but then you're replacing how awful it is with stark elegance and ethereal beauty that was never there.
