For example this Sigma 56mm. It's meant to be just an incredibly compact and sharp lens made for APS-C pixel density.
But if you equip it on full frame and enable active image stabilisation in video which forces a 10% crop, then you probably wouldn't even have noticed it's an APS-C lens.
This reason is also the reason why Canon is squeezed between hard rocks and hard metal.
On one hand they could achieve cool stuff like this VIA the RF mount.
But on the other hand the EF-M is the world's best selling mount, so that can't kill it off, lest they kill off themselves.
