>>3971744>better coloursLmfao.
Sony colours are dogshit and Canon colours can sometimes veer into magenta.
Only people who know how to do proper colour science are Sigma.
Olympus colour science is great, and Fuji just imitates film.
>more lightWhere's that meme about cutting the blue paper in half?
There's not more or less light - what there is, is high ISO performance, and that's the Achilles tendon of the MFT system. Yet... Panasonic's GH5S manages it well. Panasonic's BGH1 even has 14 stops of dynamic range. BlackMagic Design manages to get minimal noise out of the Pocket Cinema Camera though some sort of sensor refrigeration tech that eats up all the battery life.
Medium format exists for only 1 reason - resolution. Whether it's with 120 film or with 100+ mp digital bodies and backs, medium format exists to make a high fidelity image, really only usable in fashion photography and other commercial work where the subject barely moves, and you can control the lighting. Why? Because guess what - digital Hasselblads have about the same noise as a Micro Four Thirds camera at high ISOs. Those are cameras designed for taking things slow, and *correctly* exposing your subject.
But whatever... let me know when your phone is approved for Netflix production.
