Would it be a bad idea to get a Nikon DL as my one and only camera? My phone doesn't have one and i just want something that i can bring with me easily.

I found one used for around 200 dollars equivalent where i live, should i bite?

Not really, it was really annoying back when people did the autistic "sage in every field" screeching with no actual content when they could have just not posted in the thread.

Yes, that was stupid. Now it's just a worse Fuji with no lenses. I'm sure there are a lot of people who want retro style but hesitate to get a Fuji because it's crop. Nikon had a chance to completely corner that market.

Better image quality, and since all the good Nikon lenses are full frame anyway, you're not wasting the image circle.

My point is that the retro APS-C market is already cornered by Fuji. Trying to compete is futile, instead they should corner the retro FF market, where they don't have to worry about competing with anyone.

Better IQ is very questionable but the other point anon made is crucial. With its 1.5× crop, Nikon's 70+ year back catalogue of 35mm lenses won't look right on it. A 28mm won't be wide angle, a 50 is now a telephoto, etc. I'm sure they have good marketing people, but it doesn't make sense to me why they didn't sacrifice a high framerate or whatever else to be able to fit a full frame sensor in there.
