So...when I took this photo, there was some snow accumulation within the tree cavity. When I got it into GIMP, I had forgotten that, and at the zoom GIMP defaulted at, it straight up looked like a ghost face. I ended up oilfying, and cartoonifying the photo, because once my brain saw the face, I couldn't *unsee* the face. Found it way too unsettling. It didn't help that I had taken a kinda crappy photo, that had a weird flare and lots of other distortions...and was out of focus, My viewscreen on my a5000 is so scratched up at this point, focusing is somewhat of a gamble.
