Get a tripod, or put it on something so it won’t move, lay down like a sniper with it, for steadier long exposures, use flash for close ups or get a good lens that more lets light in. Shot in RAW yet?
You’re using an 82mm equivalent lens, you’ll never have a good time, I’d honestly just use your phone if it can do night, it’s a lot easier, cheaper faster, and good for side shots, you should still do your best to have it steady for longer exposure. I hate my Nikon.
