OP, nice score, Mir is one of my favorites and until my Leningrad gets back from Ukraine, my daily driver. I am the resident Russian camera guy here. That lens is a collapsible Industar and to get it to focus you have to push down on the pin that you use to focus to get it off the cam of the side of the lens. If you are trying to remove the lens entirely, use a set of Channel Loc pliers with a protective cover over the lens itself. Bee very very careful removing the lens with force because the rangefinder cam is touching the back of the lens and you absolutely can move it and throw your close-range focus calibration out of whack in your rangefinder.
Another thing you can try is swab some PB Blaster around the edge of the lens mount, but do it SPARINGLY you do not want it actually inside your camera.
