Film

Prices will go up, some say for 30%+ over the course of 2 years. I just don't understand one thing. People predict more and more people will quit film because of that. Kodak is the main and only manufacturer. They sort of direct prices. But I don't understand one thing. Even though not many people shoot film and that the market for film is small, demand for it still seems to be higher than the supply. Maybe not much but it certainly is. Also, people who shoot film buy a lot of it, meaning if a regular consumer back 20 years ago would buy a role per week, today's consumer buys 5. How the fuck is it that in every art you have specialized people and companies producin specialized random useless shit, and competing with their product, but film is something that kodak gets to jizz all over qnd direct prices. How come the shittiest role of >pic related costs 10 bucks and back in the day it was like 3. What the fuck.

Also if anyone knows, what stocks in general, from any company, are still in production?
