Sonys mount has no issues with vignette until you want to go faster than f0.63, which is significantly faster than any camera lens ever sold.

Between the a7iii and a7riii, for the sake of 300 I'd get the r, if you need slightly better burst sustain (28 Vs 40 shots) or if you're shooting video, the non r may be more suitable.
