I'm a newbie but I really think xs10 is one of the best in fuji lineup. best sensor, ibis, small&lightweight.
pasm thing is a personal choice and coming from xt200 (also pasm), you probably wont hate it.
all those being said, I'm not sure if it worths upgrading from xt200. I just did because I had money and wanted to invest into a hobby to feel better about my sad life. I really liked xt200 as well (except for its horriblely stiff dials).
I don't use film simulations though. should I? I edit everything by hand. hmmm
