I will say, though, that with mindfulness (essentially; what are my visual/framing habits?) personal paradigm shifting in photography is very fun to force on the self, and easy to see while the evolution is happening. If you still do not want to do this, though, then maybe just make a notepad in your cellphone dedicated to photos you want to take, describe them in detail including like locations and time of year, etc... so that you don't have to take them right then, but won't forget about them.
Regardless, whether you choose to take a break or to force a change on yourself actively, just don't give up. This is what I see in your photography right now. Naruto is pretty fucking cringe, but it got one thing right; once you give up, it's over.
