>>4020597X-T2 is a good choice. Also consider the X-T3. Slap an XF 33mm f/1.4 on there as your One Prime and you're done. Compare and contrast between the XF 35mm f/1.4 and the XF 35mm f/2. These are all very good to excellent Fuji 50mm equivalent primes. You can't throw a rock without hitting a pretty good, fast manual 35mm 3rd party lens nowadays either; though those pair better with the X-T3 (better EVF) and the X-T4 (better EVF and body stabilization). The Fuji 18-55mm "kit lens" is very good, but you'll want more for portraits.
>>4020605That or the 90mm (still considered the best Fuji prime). But right now is a terrible time to buy the 56 1.2 since the mkII is coming this year. The new version will likely have better AF and weather sealing. Objectively better lens and it'll make the price of used 56mm's drop. There's now also a Sigma 56mm that equals or beats the old xf 56mm in all ways except for the lack of physical aperture ring. The price is much lower, too. I'm saying this for OP's benefit.
