So sure, f8 is f8, but FF iso 100 is not apsc iso 100, and especially not on Fuji who lie about aperture by a stop. So iso 200 on Fuji is the same exposure and image quality as iso 800 on full frame.
It's much easier to roll this figure into the aperture equivalence, f4 at iso 400 and 1\100 will give the same dof, exposure & noise on non Fuji crop as f5.6, iso 400, 1\100 on FF; or f4, iso 800, 1\100 on Fuji.
