I'm new to photography and I've repeatedly been told here that "aperture equivalence isn't real", but I tried plugging some figures into a calculator, and it seems to imply that it is definitely real.
Why the fuck are people here lying about this? I've already returned my Fuji and got a proper Sony full frame instead, but I'd guess a lot of people were fooled until it was too late.
