Is a Pentax 645N a good start medium format camera to get?
I've got a Canon A-1 at the moment and while I love it, I'd like to move up a size a bit and also be able to take really high quality film photos like I see with medium format online.
The Pentax I'm looking at comes with an 80mm f2.8.
They go for about $1300AUD with a lens on eBay, so shit's expensive but that's the way it is I suppose. And before you say go to a thrift store or something, Australia isn't really the kind of place you'd find medium format cameras at a Salvation Army. My options are eBay or a dedicated film store selling the camera for $1600.
