If video matters to you, get a Canon T3i, T4i or T5i (the models supported by Magic Lantern, you can even record RAW with them) and avoid the Pentax K-S2. If stills are your priority then both the Nikons and the K-S2 are great, superior sensors and ergonomics. Canon sensors tend to have pattern noise when you push the pictures and it just looks awful.
The reflex experience is frankly like nothing else, but if video is important mirrorless could be a good idea (on reflex the mirror goes up so you have to use the screen while recording).
