Do you want to be on Fuji X mount? Or Canon RF mount? FF vs. APS-C is part of that decision, but not all of it. Look at the respective lens systems. Keep in mind that any Canon EF lens adapts perfectly to RF.
The X-T4 is an excellent camera. Its video specs/quality definitely exceed either the R or RP. The R/RP will have cleaner stills high ISO and better DoF control, being FF. Also sharper ooc on stills. But the X-T4 has good stills IQ, and excellent video IQ/specs.
