shot this sooc at 1:1, also shot an uncropped one, can't decide which one I like more, the crop one feels kind of lazy and is missing some info but the uncropped is not the best composition, there's a car that doesn't belong there

they were all shot at 9pm, but my eyes seem to prefer darker images
I always get told my pictures are too dark but to me they look fine
I did realise that this one >>4037078 is way too dark after I uploaded it so I boosted the shadows a bit in the raw
prob still too dark but its better

does this look too dark to you? I thought about boosting the shadows on it but it looks garish and ken rockwell-esque to me if I do it even a little bit

alright I looked at some of these pictures on my phone screen with the brightness way down and I can see why some people thought these were too dark, boosting the shadows looks fucking horrible though

They're snapshots, but I don't mind snapshots. I'm surprised to hear you edited them, though. Whatever the case, they're good documents of difficult-to-see-and-mostly-uninteresting things in bad lighting.
