New camera may be broken?

i was gifted the Sony a7siii by my aunt and i don't have a clue as to what the fuck to do or how to use this shit even with the fucking Manuel. i turned it on and the screen was so blurry that nothing popped up on it. is it broken or do i need something else?

Please help guide me im begging cause i really dont wanna have to sell this shit and look like a fucking asshole next time she sees me

update i had took the battery of charge cause it hought it may be due to the battery, took it off of it at 2 bars on the charger threw it in. it turned onto the language selection screen and turned off with a whitebar on the right side of the screen and then started blinking a black screen with a red light, id assume that the battery was low but it showed 2 fucking bars on it. this shit is stressing me the fuck out and i didn't even spend my own fucking money on it

Maybe it would help to provide some photos of what you think is wrong with it so we can help you, or better yet, you could ask the manufacturer since if it is in fact broken you will have to do that anyway, but if you can give a better description of what is wrong i'll help, again preferably with pics :^)

i never had an sd card in it, but i did read the link you sent and i will try the 24 hr thing but if it dosen't work then ima just ask her to send it to amazon for a new one

also what are some good cheap like 0-200 rangish lens that i could get?

Post a video of you trying to use it
It's better to see it (not) working via video than one still image
To be clear: is there a lens mounted on the camera, or are you actually trying to take photos with just the sensor?

Yes but OP has also demonstrated a total lack of understanding of cameras so for all we know actually does have a lens but just didn't bother putting it on because it's "optional" or something.
