>>4048036>I only have a 32" TV and we sit 12 feet away from itNo one cares about how poor you are anon. THX suggest that you should have a 36 degree fov, which means they recommend sitting around 4ft away from your 32", a small lounge is about 3.5m X 3.5m, if you have the wall and couch on opposites sides, that would mean you should have an 82" screen.
Consider these numbers, re-enact them, presuming you've got a 27" 4k pc screen, measure out 3 feet, see if you can tell the difference from 1080p to 4k; from where I'm sitting you'd have to be blind af not to see a difference. If you have a TV that pops up out of the foot of your bed, it's supposed to be ~50" if you have a single\twin, I can easily see the difference in my 55" from over 11' away, almost twice the recommended viewing distance.
>You're disingenuous }:(No babe, I'm not, you are, if you weren't you'd have already looked up the correct viewing distance for screens before using it as an argument, and you'd have instantly realised that you were making yourself look fucking dumb.
>The 2nd video provesThe 2nd video didn't prove shit, except that small sensors can have a noticeable performance hit that can be more important than MP count, but MP count is still an attributing factor; especially at recommended viewing distances.
