>>4061362That's a big question. The short answer is I love it. Having always been a poorƒag who was very happy with a P&S for a decade, and then moving mountains to get my K-50 back in 2014, the KP upgrade in 2020 was just pure joy.
I almost got a K-70 too, I do like the more articulate screen of the K-70 which is nice for low tripod shots etc; but the KP was newer and better spec but never found a huge market so the price was very competitive.
The more pro features (more customizable buttons and extra programmable pair of wheels) have made it so much more fun to shoot because the workflow is so much tidier than my K-50/70, and for me who shoots 90% at night having a button to flip the screen into night mode and then adjust brightness is awesome too.
I LOVE the fact I almost never have to go into menus to change settings day or night because the 4th and 5th wheels do it all for me, or the buttons do it. And of course when you do go into menus for special situations it has more features than its peers. I honestly think I can use this camera happily for 10 more years if it holds together.
As a bonus, the right hand grip is interchangeable with 3 sizes available (depending what country you are it usually comes with all 3) and that was neat too.
