no it's pretty good and in demand as it's a zoom point and shoot film camera. you could probably sell it on ebay for quite a bit of money

The one with a fixed 1:3.5 lens is more sought after than the zoom and will fetch more if you plan to sell. I have both and the pics are noticeably sharper on it, pic rel. Both are great cameras though and I'd suggest just using them and enjoying them rather than trying to flip them.
