I have an E-M5III and an E-M10II.
The upgrade to the 5 was worth it for me, but part of that could be moving up generations rather than up the range. Articulating screen, a few more mpx, ability to shoot high-res mode, more buttons, weather sealing.
But if you're cost conscious, none of that's a deal breaker. I was very happy with the 10, and still use it as a second body.
The 1 series are a different kettle of fish. Huge step up in price, but more importantly they're just too big. Gives up the main advantage of the system imo, not worth it.
