You composition is almost always garbage because your brain is seeing the wide shot and composes with that.
Its really hard to properly see a tiny square in the middle of your view finder and compose that properly only looking at that part.
Also you cant see properly what you are shooting that way.
I have gone back to I only frame in camera because it results in such a better end product. My days of doing massive crops off high res shots are over.
Also its further soul destoying when you go through your photos after the shoot and the thumbnails are going to suck because you need to open each one, zoom in and see if the tiny area in the middle was a good shot you can crop on. Then you have to figure the crop

Just get the right focal length and fill the frame, anything else is cope.
